Production of O/W emulsions using SPG membranes, ceramic α-aluminium oxide membranes, microfluidizer and a silicon microchannel plate - a comparative study
conference contribution
posted on 2012-10-17, 14:00 authored by Goran VladisavljevicGoran Vladisavljevic, Uwe Lambrich, Mitsutoshi Nakajima, Helmar SchubertThe O/W emulsions containing Tween 80 dissolved in demineralized water as the continuous phase and vegetable oil as the dispersed phase were produced using different emulsification methods. The influence of operating conditions on the emulsification results was discussed and compared.
