Experimental and theoretical characterisation of Josephson self-coupling in sub-terahertz flux-flow oscillator

junctions. Our computationally efficient theoretical model takes into account Josephson selfcoupling
of the flux
flow oscillator and is in a good agreement with our experimental results and previous studies.
