Evaluation of the implementation of the Equality Act 2010: report 3 - disputes and challenges

of, and responses to, the Equality Act 2010. This was undertaken by the Centre for Research in
Social Policy at Loughborough University in partnership with the International Centre for Public and
Social Policy at Nottingham University and BMG Research. Telephone interviews were conducted
with respondents from 1,811 organisations across Britain. This report outlines the structures that
organisations had in place for addressing employee claims of discriminatory or unequal treatment. It
also explores the basis for recent disputes as well as outcomes.
