This report presents an overview of industry needs with regard to Design for All knowledge and skills in employees and graduates. The overview is based on existing literature and a new survey of commercial organisations with experience in accessibility or Design for All. Finally, the report draws some conclusions about the optimal graduate profile for DfA.
