Probert, Victoria HainesVictoria Haines, Dennis LovedayThe Hills Fuel Poverty Review has been commissioned by the United Kingdom coalition government to review the definition and targets used to guide the alleviation of fuel poverty in England, as mandated by the Warm Homes and Energy Conservation Act 2000. The interim report was published on 19 October 2011 and addressed questions relating to the definition and measurement of fuel poverty.
