Pressure free fabrication of 3D microcomponents using Al powder

The process does not need high compression pressure and the powder mixture is loosely filled in soft moulds. High density components have been produced through this process. The proposed technology is developed in combination of micro metal injection moulding (μMIM), micro powder injection moulding (μPIM), powder sintering technology and MEMS technology together.
