The presence of dynamic effects in two-phase characterization parameters has led to the modification of the traditional capillary pressure and saturation function. This modification now inlcudes the term dynamic coeffcient (τ) which indicates how far or close to equilibrium is the two-phase system. In this work, experimental techniques for the determination of the dynamic effects in the CO2-water system is presented. This is important in the characterization of the system for effective monitoring and control.
