|Abstract: ||4,5-Dihydroimidazolium ylides formed by conjugate addition–
proton transfer from dihydroimidazoles and doubly-activated
electron-deficient alkenes afford 2:1 cycloadducts in a one-pot
process wherein the alkene also acts as a dipolarophile.|
