Abstract: The method of processing would appear to have no effect on the quality of nutrients and minerals present in the shrimp meals, although there was a slight decrease in the amount of extractable lipids in freeze dried samples. Feed materials of different origin supplied by Ewos Ltd. UK all had different composition as would be expected. [Continues.]
