Voltammetric identification of dyes using surfactants

Previous work had shown that the addition of phosphonium salts is useful in the determination and identification of the cationic synthetic food colouring matters using polarography and adsorptive stripping voltammetry. The reduction potentials of some food colours, and the peak currents of all food colours, are affected markedly by the addition. [Continues.]
