Abstract: Oligonucleotides containing biotin functionality were successfully labelled with a streptavidin nanogold conjugate and subsequently separated and analysed by High Performance Liquid Chromatography–Inductively Coupled Plasma–Mass Spectrometry (HPLC-ICP-MS).
