Optimising Services Design (OSD) is a methodology that optimises the service provision to Sites and Service schemes by adoption of combinations of high and low standard service options at the outset, as an alternative to a wholly low standard of provision. OSD therefore determines if cost reductions, with respect to overall service cost can thus be achieved with the adoption of such service levels. [Continues.]
