The design of computer technology: studies from a user perspective

My academic, professional qualifications and research interests are the area of human factors psychology and cognitive ergonomics and, more specifically, in the design of computer technology from a human perspective. My research publications can be divided into three main areas: (a) design of input media for human–machine communication; (b) applying a user-centred approach to systems' design; (c) user attitudes towards their interactions with technology.
